  • Review and test for suitability, feasibility and fit with organisation
  • Series of senior Management Team meetings across each of the organisations Divisions
  • Engagement with high performing individuals across all management grades seeking input to and feedback on the process
  •  Creation of an Accountability Framework capturing all management grades in the organisation
  • Implementation across the Group

Key Outcomes:

  • Entire process completed and implemented within 9months
  • Accountability Framework approach subsequently adapted for and shaped the development of a new Role Profile structure in the business
