Management Induction:

Large corporate, circa 11,000 employees, operating in Ireland and the UK. Feedback on the quality of existing Management Induction Programmes very poor.

 

Key Actions:

  • External market analysis to discern trends, best practice and future proofing
  • Internal engagement with Divisional Executive teams to challenge and ensure alignment with organisational strategy and ambition
  • Internal engagement with high performers/key influencers across all management grades in the organisation
  • Identification and engagement with vendors of specialist programmes - and training of identified staff to deliver these components of the induction programmes
  • Creation of, and implementation of suite of Management Development Induction programmes

 

Key Outcomes:

  • Improvement in Staff Attitude Survey Scores evident among teams whose leaders attended the induction programmes
  • Acted as a catalyst to the development of an internal Organisational Learning Bank
